Selected BMB staff attended the Ethical Leadership Training conducted by the Civil Service Institute (CSI) last April 24-26, 2019 at the Brentwood Suites in Quezon City.Thirty-eight participants composed of Division chiefs and section chiefs from the different divisions and units under the Office of the Director attended the 3-day training. Mr. Jay Tumaliuan, an HR consultant was the course facilitator and Ms. Menilda C. Atanacio  of the Civil Service Institute acted as the Course Administrator/Training Assistant. The three-day course was outlined to include the following topics: Ethics and Moral Principles, Ethical Decision Making and Leadership Ethics. The three-day course oriented the participants opportunity to explore the bedrock of ethical leadership and decision-making and helped them as leaders and managers to deal complex ethical leadership issues and dilemmas more positively and effectively. The participants were guided through group exercises, individual reflections and in-dept discussions.
